Our creative team thoughtfully selects each rose one by one, to ensure the result you receive is special and unique. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns, except in the rare case of proven damage or defect during shipment or delivery.

We partner exclusively with the most reputable international partners, ensuring that every effort is made to deliver your order in the shortest possible time. However, as part of our brand policy, we do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless it has been explicitly confirmed through personal communication via email.   • They do not need water and you should avoid their contact with it.
  • Do not expose to the sun.
  • Keep them away from places with excessive humidity, heat or dryness.
  • To remove the dust, you can use a cold hair dryer at a low intensity and at a sufficient distance from the rose.
